Qualification and Experience:

 Having minimum Bachelors or Master’s degree in graphic
design, digital design, computer science/ information technology
or equivalent from HEC recognized Institution.
 At least two years experience in WEB/ Multimedia/ Graphic
Design or in related field is required.
 Strong theoretical and practical background in graphic design
including the use of software such as Adobe Design Premium,
In-design, Coral Draw, or similar at least three examples of
previous work is to be listed.
 Preferable work experience of graphic production from start to
published/printed product with knowledge of printing processes
(offset and digital) and color management.
 Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including
photoshop, In-Design, Quark Express, Dream Viewer, Coral
Draw and Illustrator or other visual design and wire framing
tools.
 Proficient in Facebook, Twitter Post and YouTube Thumbnails,
badges and logo designs etc.
 Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
 Good understanding of new and evolving technologies and
digital platforms.
 Good communication skills in Urdu and English (written and
verbal).
 Proficient in layout aesthetics.
 Proficient in UO and UX designs.
 Proficient in HTML, CSS and Java Script.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POST OF FACT CHECKER

a) Digital Media Monitoring:

 Continuously monitor all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube etc.)
 Track emerging narratives, trends and potential misinformation related to ECP.
 Develop real-time tracking mechanisms for viral content and emerging ECP discourse.
 Identify and categorize potential sources of misinformation.

b) Fact-Checking and Verification:

 Systematically verify claims, statements and narratives circulating on digital platforms.
 Cross-reference information with official sources, electoral data and authenticated records.
 Prepare detailed fact-checking reports with clear evidence and source citations.
 Develop rapid response protocols for addressing electoral misinformation.

c) Reporting and Communication:

 Produce daily and weekly comprehensive reports on digital media trends.
 Prepare immediate alerts for critical misinformation that may impact electoral integrity.
 Collaborate with Spokesperson or PRO to develop strategic rebuttals.
 Maintain a centralized database of verified and disputed claims.
