To ensure equal opportunities for all prospective students, regardless of their religious, racial, ethnic, gender or socio-economic background, Habib University also offers undergraduate scholarships to intermediate students and other boards, in full or in part, to support them in pursuing their four-year degree program at the university.

Based on a candidate’s entrance score, they may receive one of our renewable scholarships in recognition of their strong academic achievements. Entrance scholarships are awarded between 20% and 100%, depending on your merit score.

Types of Undergraduate Scholarships (For Pakistani Students)

Habib Merit Scholarship

Undergraduate students who are scholarship recipients are given up to 50% discount on their tuition and laboratory and/or studio fees.

Habib Excellence Scholarship

This provides a 60% to 80% tuition and laboratory and/or studio fee waiver for undergraduate scholarship recipients.

Habib Yuhsin Scholarship

This scholarship provides students with a 100% tuition waiver and laboratory and/or studio fee waiver. These are provided only to students with high merit.

How to Determine Scholarships at Habib University

The scholarships awarded at the time of admission to this university are not determined solely on the basis of high school merit, but the following factors are taken into account to determine this:

Marks obtained in higher secondary school
Marks obtained in the tests conducted by the university
Various types of skills acquired
Thinking about oneself, about one’s society and about the university
Based on participation in various activities such as sports, curricular activities, co-curricular activities and other hobbies

Procedure for annual renewal of scholarship at the university.

The scholarship is automatically renewed annually if the following conditions are met:

As long as a student remains enrolled full-time in college,
the minimum merit of 3.0 percent for the Sans Scholarship, 2.5 percent for the Habib Excellence Scholarship, and 7.5 percent for the Habib Merit Scholarship remains the same.
If the student does not meet the above criteria, the scholarship is not immediately withdrawn, but he is given a chance in the probationary semester to improve his merit.
