General Manager Social Media

Job Description for PCB Jobs:

The individual will be responsible for leading PCB’s social media team in consultation with Director Media and Communication for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies. Monitoring and analyzing engagement across all social media platforms. Conceptualizing and executing social media campaigns for upcoming cricket match series and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, design, implement and monitor social media campaigns.
Oversee the creation, curation, and publication of high-quality social media content across various formats (text, audio, visual, and multimedia).
Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.
Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
Oversee designing and implementation of social media campaigns.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of freelance writers, graphic designers, and other creatives to achieve social media campaign goals.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize social media campaign results and report progress to the management.
Create and publish engaging daily content (original text, photos, videos, and news) across social media platforms.
Ensure consistent branding across social media accounts, including design elements (e.g., Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts).
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the PCB’s objective.
Manage social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

This role is responsible for the planning & implementation of best practices of logistics policies & processes in line with organization strategy to improve operational & financial performance for PSL

Director Logistics, PSL

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for planning, managing and evaluating logistics operations, liaising with internal stakeholders, external suppliers & service providers and as well as user departments for PSL;
Participate in the formulation of Travelling, Logistics & Hotels objectives and business plans for PSL;
Implementing PSL’s Travel Plans, Hotel reservations, Visa Processing, Transport & other logistic plans;
Liaison with PCB’s Departments for their budget and all related fiscal forecasting and planning activities for PSL;
Responsible for Strategic Planning of Logistics objectives with accordance to PSL’s strategy & vision;
Ensure the existence, maintenance, and functioning of an adequate system of internal control in all functional areas of the department;
Oversee and ensure all logistics related operations comply with PSL’s yearly objectives.
