  • Dy. Head, Information Security

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University.

Experience:

Minimum 05 years post qualification exp. With 03 years in similar position.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Directs and manages strategy, governance, detection and protection solutions.
2.Development maintenance of security framework, policies, process, and procedures.
3.In conjunction with IT, develop and oversee implementation of end-to-end information and cyber security strategy.
4.Provide regular updates to executive management on status of bank’s risk posture and security program.
5.Significant experience in working in leading information security in a growing and transforming environment.
6.Proven ability to communicate Information/Cyber security and Risk discussion with C-level execs

 

  • Manager, Credit Analytics & Reporting

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University.

Experience:

Minimum 05 years post qualification exp. With 02 years in similar position.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Sound organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills & Sound analytical skills
2.Strong presentation and reporting skills & Excellent knowledge of relevant credit module in core banking system
3.Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and turn it into usable information
4.Maintain good coordination between e-CIB, data reporting team and all stakeholders

  • Oficer, Credit Administration (CAD),

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University.

Experience:

Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Exposure to sales and operations planning processes
2.Grip over cash flow-based lending and conduct income estimation of Agri & enterprise loans
3.Post disbursement of gold loans and Goldsmith verification
4.Report preparation of the visited clients

 

  • Manager, CPU

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University.

Experience:

Minimum 05 years post qualification exp. With 02 years in similar position.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Supervise the entire working of CPU and ensure that the customers are being on boarded after completion of requisite formalities as per banks SOP & compliance policy of the bank besides following the guide lines given by SBP.
2.Ensure to check documents and where required escalates to the relevant ofices for completion of information, documents and approvals as customer Risk Profiling classified by system as Low, Medium, High as per policy of the bank.
3.Ensure that the data inputted in the account opening
system of the bank is correct, veriable and authentic as per laid down standards and controls
4.Ensure that standard documented turnaround time
(TAT) for opening of accounts / Legacy accounts maintenance and update is being strictly observed
5.Communication with branches and concerned teams of
other divisions for obtaining relevant information and documents and signature upload activities
6.Ensure that the Departments gets the best possible rating during Audit.

 

  • Oficer, Settlement and Internal
    & Regulatory Reporting

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University.

Experience:

Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Ensure timely and accurate settlement of ATM, POS, e-commerce, mobile banking, internet banking, and interbank (1LINK, NIFT, PayPak) transactions and reconcile settlement entries. Monitor suspense and settlement accounts and ensure prompt clearance of pending entries. Maintain records of settlement activities, including end-of-day reports and adjustment logs.
2.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly internal MIS related to digital transaction volumes, settlement trends, and exceptions.
Generate dashboards and reports for senior management, audit,
finance, and operations teams. Track service level adherence,
transaction success/failure rates, and unresolved cases.
3.Compile and submit regulatory reports to State Bank of
Pakistan as per prescribed formats and schedules (e.g., ATM
Downtime Reports, Failed Transactions, Settlement Delays).
Ensure compliance with all SBP reporting guidelines and
support audit and inspection process. Maintain audit trails and
supporting documentation for submitted reports.
4.Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve
settlement or reporting-related issues. Ensure all processes
comply with internal SOPs, SBP directives, and card scheme
requirements. Assist in identifying gaps and suggesting
improvements to enhance accuracy and eficiency.
