Senior Cost Controller
Department: Finance
Location: Reko Diq SITE- Balochistan
Qualification: Bacholar Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Masters degree is preferred. Professional management accounting certification (ACCA/ CA/ ICMA) is highly preferred.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, ideally in the construction or Oil & Gas or mining industry.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with ERP systems and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Construction and Oil & Gas experience will be a strong advantage.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, with advanced abilities in data management and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting financial data to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to monitor and control project costs, ensuring strict alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Develop, review, and present detailed monthly and quarterly cost reports to senior management.
- Analyze significant variances between actual costs and budgeted figures, providing strategic recommendations for corrective actions.
- Design and implement advanced cost control systems, including robust budget tracking and forecasting.
- Oversee the invoice review process, ensuring compliance with contracts and budgeted rates.
- Collaborate closely with project management and finance teams to optimize budgetary control across departments.
- Work closely with external stakeholders and EPCM to get project updates and spending forecasts.
- Closely work with the project controls team to ensure any significant issues are identified at an early stage.
- Contribute to long-term project forecasts and financial reports for executive-level review.
- Ensure costs are correct in the accounting system and aligned with the budgeted and approved Authorization for expenditure (AFEs)
- Early identification if there is a possible overrun on a specific AFE
- Track and report on AFEs including any variations, and scope changes and ensure the accounting system is updated accordingly.
- Track and report on budget consumption, communicating potential overruns to senior stakeholders proactively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for cost controls, budget adjustments, and financial approvals.
- Drive compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and international accounting standards.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required.

Senior Cost Analyst

5+ years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or a similar field, ideally with exposure to the construction, Oil & Gas, or mining industry.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel and advanced analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong background in ERP systems and financial modeling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Construction and Oil & Gas experience will be a significant advantage.
- Previous project experience will be an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting analysis to senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex cost analyses to inform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at an executive level.
- Prepare and present in-depth financial reports on production, labor, and material costs, identifying key trends and strategic insights.
- Track and report on budget consumption, communicating potential overruns to stakeholders proactively.
- Analyze and interpret complex cost data, pinpointing inefficiencies and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Closely work with the project controls team to ensure any significant issues are identified at an early stage.
- Develop advanced cost models to enhance financial visibility and predictability across projects and departments.
- Work closely with senior department heads to analyze cost drivers, contributing strategic recommendations for cost efficiency.
- Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights tailored to senior management.
- Identify and initiate cost-reduction opportunities, leading projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Perform bench marking and competitive analysis to integrate best practices in cost management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and global financial reporting standards.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required.

Site Planner-Electrical
Department: Planning
Location: Reko Diq SITE- Balochistan
Qualification:
- A university Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or Trade experience.
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler in the Construction industry, preferably in Mining or Oil & Gas
- Participates in the efforts of planning to establish the most time and cost effective methods of engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics and construction.
Requirements:
- Good technical knowledge of Engineering and Electrical Construction
- Highly Proficient of Primavera Use and MS Project
- Proficient in standard Microsoft applications; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Power Bi Knowledge Desirable
- High presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Good organization and ability to multi-task.
- Detail orientated and proactive.
- Time management and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Problem solving and the ability to make informed and rational decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input into the development, maintenance, and updating of integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 Professional.
- Review and provide input and guidance to Electrical Contractors engineering and constructor Schedules
- Keep all the planning, scheduling and progress data up to date to support the monthly project reporting, monthly progress meetings, and any audits conducted on the projects.
- Conduct schedule quality analysis to ensure it complies with good scheduling practices.
- Provide updates to the Project Master Schedule regularly. Provide schedule update reports to the Key Project Stakeholders. Identify any areas of concern and forecast the latest dates for key milestones based on the current performance trends.
- Review and approve Contractors’ schedules to be integrated into the master project schedule.
- Provide the latest forecast dates to Project Controls for cost planning on the project.
- Conduct / participate in the regular schedule and progress meetings;
