Important Information:
- Complete applications along with the attested copies of all testimonials, Matric, Inter, Bachelor, Master marksheet and any other Certificates, experience certificates, three latest photographs, Domicile, National Identity Card, should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Dean, Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore-54600 till 27.03.2025 (01.00 P.M.). Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case.
- Persons already in Government service should route their application through proper channel as applicable, with clearance from the parent department.
- The application form can be downloaded from the website www.skzmdc.edu.pk processing & application fee Rs. 2000/- shall be submitted in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan in favor of Dean, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore (branch code-1707) Account No.3154820902 National Bank of Pakistan Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore and forms can be sent through couriers on above cited form address.
- 2% disable quota, 5% minority Quota, 10% women quota and *transgender will be observed as per Federal Government Rules.
- Application forms are also available from the office of Accounts Section, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, on payment of above mentioned fee (during the duty hours).
- The applications received after the last date of advertisement will not be considered. A separate complete application is necessary for each post applied.
- No. of vacancies can also be increased/ decreased/ redistributed/ reallocated by the competent authority without any notice.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview. Date & place of test /interview will be communicated through courier.
- No TA/DA will be admissible if called for interview and first joining.
